Pancakes are always a great choice if you're trying to spoil someone special or yourself with a delicious breakfast. Being the delicious treat that they are, we shouldn't reserve them for

mornings only. They can be a great choice if you're looking for a quick dessert solution.


To make this simple and delicious pancake recipe, you'll need a few ingredients you probably have at home. Easy to make and delicious to eat, I hope this recipe will find its way into your cookbook.


Here's what you'll need to make these delicious pancakes:

  • 1 egg

  • 150 milliliters of milk

  • 20 milliliters of oil (sunflower, coconut, or any other of your choice)

  • 130 grams of all-purpose flour

  • 10 grams of vanilla sugar

  • 30 grams of sugar

  • 10 grams of baking powder



Directions:


  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl and mix them.

  2. Add all the wet ingredients to the mixed dry ingredients and whisk until you get a thick batter without lumps.

  3. Preheat the pan, add a bit of oil of your choice to the pan, bring to low heat, and start adding the pancake mixture to the pan, depending on the desired pancake size.

  4. Once baked, serve them while they're still hot with toppings of your choice!

Additional notes:


  • Be sure to make the pancakes right after you make the batter. If you leave it to sit, the baking powder will deactivate and your pancakes won't be as fluffy as they should be.

  • A great combination to pair these pancakes with is butter and strawberry jam!
